Landowner Workshop Series -- for more than 35 years!
Nearly 3,000 interested landowners attended FNC workshops
The recent golden age
of agriculture began at the end of the 2006 crop year. Since that time, nearly
everyone in production agriculture, with the exception of many livestock
producers, has had back to back to back profitable years. In some cases, they
were record profits!
the last two crop years, our industry has been adjusting to increasing
inventories, changing demand, and changing economic influences that impact our
export markets. In today's environment, it has again become very important to
focus on the basics. Managing tight margins requires a strong management plan,
good budget discipline, and an excellent marketing program. Whether you cash
rent your property or have a share of the crop, proactive management will again
be the key to profitability.
make plans now to join us for a 2016 landowner workshop series in your area. We
focus on how landowners can adapt and get back to the basics to maintain
profitability, even in a declining market. Last year, we entertained nearly
3,000 landowners at workshops. We hope that you will join us at a workshop near
you, as we help landowners get Back to the Basics.
Seating could be limited again, so
please make your reservations early to attend. We look forward to seeing you!
