  Will you buy my property?
No, Farmers National Company does not buy and sell real estate for our own account. We are a brokerage firm providing professional marketing services to listing clients for a fee.

  Can you market my property without a listing agreement?
No. A majority of the states that we are licensed in require a written agency agreement between the client and broker before services can be implemented. In addition, it is our company policy not to accept open listings. It is our preference to represent you 100% under an exclusive right to sell listing or auction agreement.

  What marketing options do I have at Farmers National Company?
We can market your property through a traditional private listing, at public auction, an invitational auction, or through a sealed-bid offering.

  Do you cooperate with other brokerage firms?
Yes. If your property is exclusively listed with us we will cooperate and share a fee with other brokers in marketing your property.

  Will you assist me in finding a particular property?
Yes. We offer buyer agency and will be happy to represent you in locating and securing that special property. We can also help you lease and/or manage the property you buy.

Yes. Each year we represent selling owners of cattle feedyards, swine confinement units, grain elevators, recreational acreages, and many other numerous agricultural businesses.
