My owners receive personal as well as business satisfaction knowing that their farm is being managed by someone that is very knowledgeable about all aspects of farm management and deals fairly with grain producers and landowners alike. This results in less worry and more peace of mind for the landowner and allows them to focus on their other life matters. Our business dealings are always professional and courteous.

Success Story: Improved the irrigation system on a Seward County farm and raised corn yields from 155 bushels per acre to 185 bushels per acre with no increased water usage. The landowner's net income improved by $28 per acre. Also, the naturally occurring nitrogen in the irrigation water is tested to determine its amount and fertilizer applied in the spring to maximize nutrient efficiency for this farm. This results in a cost savings of $3 to $6 per acre for fertilizer depending upon the year.
On another farm, irrigation was developed on a dryland unit that had suffered from drought for several years. It was generally felt in the area that an economically feasible irrigation system could not be developed due to water being very limited. Through thorough research and testing, I was able to locate a very good water vein that resulted in a very adequate water supply for the new center pivot. This farm today has an increased value of $120,000 by virtue of the irrigation project and will also add about $9,600 of net income per year.
Implemented hunting leases on three client farms that have been very successful and improved net income to the landowner significantly.
Year started with FNC: 1986
