Recently I have been handling the marketing of land for a number of estates. At FNC we have the staff to provide both land auctions and private treaty listings. On one such sale for an estate with land in Nance County, I was able to solicit a bid of $1.2 million for this large farm. The bid was accepted by the owners and represented a 20% greater price than what the land had previously been appraised for.
