Client Comment(s): "You were very friendly, patient, and helpful all throughout this process. I have been very pleased with the entire process and thank you and Farmers National for making this sale run smoothly and effectively. Thanks for a great transition." -- Wayne Washer
"Thank you so much for the very detailed and extremely informative report on the farm. That took alot of your time and I really appreciate seeing all of that information. I am not planning on visiting the area this year, since we sold the second store we owned, and we are doing some traveling this year. I feel that you are the experts on the future of Sioux Falls and development there, and that you will recommend selling parts of the farm whenever it is best for the city and for us. I have high confidence in what you are doing for us and I sincerely appreciate it". Kathy Dressel
Success Story: Last year, a local client entered into an agreement to have FNC manage her farm. She had been renting the farm for cash rent for the last several years and thought she was a little under the market. We were able to obtain a new operator for the farm that was willing to pay the current market rate cash rent for the area. This resulted in a 37% increase in her annual income. The new operator also took out the line fences and cleaned up the farm, all at no cost to the landowner.
On a farm auction we had in December, the farm sold exceptionally well. The attorney handling the settlement commented that the sale price hit a new all time high sales price for that county. The seller was extremely pleased with the sale results and the buyers were happy with the high quality farm they had purchased - a win/win situation.
Year started with FNC: 1989
