Responsibilities at FNC: Managing farms and ranches in Nebraska and South Dakota including a 7,100 acre ranch, and 5,100 acre farm property, plus real estate sales both in Nebraska and South Dakota. Responsibilities include working with the client to define objectives and goals, then working with the Operator to achieve those goals. As a Farm Manager my primary responsibility is as a problem solver.

Success Story: In late 2004 I sold a new client an irrigated farm listed by another agent at Farmers National Company. I signed the farm up for management immediately, and leased the farm to local potato growers for $200 per acre cash rent. Following the 2005 season I leased the farm on a long-term basis to the same local potato growers for a high cash rental rate. The cash rent terms are among the highest in the area, and my client is extremely pleased with the return on his new investment.
