Responsibilities at FNC:
I provide management and real estate sales of farms in northeastern Nebraska. Using the FNC system of farm management, I work with absentee landowners to understand and meet their goals for the farm, which often include increasing annual farm income and preserving or improving the farm for long-term family ownership and succession. I strive to provide peace of mind for the landowner, whether the farm is owned as an investment or has deep sentimental value.

Professional Accomplishments:
Member of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers
Member of Omaha Agri-Business Club

Client Comment(s):
I have received the copies of the lease agreements and the 2010 Planning Reports for both of my farms, and am satisfied with all. I am particularly pleased to see a return to planting equal acres of both corn and soybeans on the Tekamah farm, and would not be opposed to the same arrangement on the Lyons farm in the future. This decision, of course, I leave in your hands.
