Professional Experience:
President of Farmers National Commodities - market analysis and grain pricing recommendations (1984-present)
Area Vice-President, Farmers National Company, providing support and supervision to farm managers in western Iowa, northwest Missouri, and eastern Nebraska (1988-1992)
Account Executive, Farmers National Company, handling correspondence with clients and providing support to farm managers in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota (1983-1987)
Farm Manager, Farmers National Company, managing farms for absentee landowners in central and southern Iowa. I also handled farm appraisals and real estate sales and listings while working out of the Des Moines office. (1975-1983)
United States Air Force - working in air freight with a tour of duty in Viet Nam. Honorably discharged as a Staff Sargeant in 1969. (1965-1969)


Responsibilities at FNC:
Current responsibilities include analysis of grain markets to set objectives for pricing client grain throughout the year. Duties include writing a weekly grain makret letter providing comments on the markets along with pricing recommendations.

I am also responsible for consultation services that are offered as a part of the menu of services through Farmers National Company.
