Client Comment(s): "Thank you for the fine Analysis and Planning Report for 2006. Thanks also for the fine work you did to put the farm in CRP. Now we will not have to be overly concerned about weather, bugs, etc.!" -- Harold A Munson, Client
"Thank you for your explanations of the annual expenses. You did an excellent job of answering our questions and making everything clear. We have said to each other so many times how lucky we are to have you as our farm manager. We truly feel that our land is in the best of hands!" -- CE and Beka Haverkamp
Success Story: Major improvements to a Farm: We had two old farmsteads (house, barns and cattle lots) that had no utility or functional value. This farmstead was razed and totally cleaned up giving the landowner an additional 12 acres of highly productive farmland. This cleanup allowed us to utilize nearby pasture for crop production. We removed potential liability problems and created a much more attractive farm. The client is extremely happy with positive the income stream and operator no longer has to mow weeds around the old buildings.
