Landowner Workshops

The Original Landowner Workshop Series

-- for more than 35 years!

Over 3,100 interested landowners attended FNC workshops in 2013!

Since 2006, it has been very difficult for landowners to keep up with all of the changes in agriculture.  Those changes include record cash rents, record land values, and record enthusiasm! We again experienced record attendance at our landowner workshops in 2013 as landowners continue to try to keep up on the rapidly changing land rents, land values, and grain markets. Our 2014 Landowner Workshop series…The Changing Landscape of Agriculture…will provide landowners with up-to-date information.

Are we at the top of the real estate market or is this a plateau?

• Will cash rents hold steady into 2014 or will rents adjust to the new land market?

• Will the new farm bill affect land values or rents?

• How will growth in developing countries affect our grain markets and farm incomes?

These and other topics are the focus of our professional presenters. Of course, landowners seem to always be interested in learning more about transitioning their farm ownership to the next generation. We will again present ideas and suggestions to help make land transition to the next generation smooth and worry free. We hope to see you at one of our many workshops this year. Record crowds are expected, so we advise you to sign up early to make sure you have a seat as we chart a course over The Changing Landscape of Agriculture!

Seating could be limited again, so please make your reservations early to attend. We look forward to seeing you!
