Responsibilities at FNC: Farm Management: Help out-of-state owners reach goals for their farm ground. Includes marketing of crops before and after harvest, setting realistic goals for production, researching past production to find new opportunities for expansion of income and diversity of the ground, set budgets for each crop, and conduct regular inspections and reports. Negotiate different types of leases depending on the direction of the owners needs and wants. Real Estate: List, promote, and sale of real estate for trusts, individuals, and companies. Insurance: Work with clients to determine the correct level of coverage for each crop from year to year.
