Property is located six miles east of Broken Bow, Nebraska on the south side of Highways 2 and 92.

The well with a 9-inch pump column, 494 feet deep, was completed in 1974. The static water level was at 35 feet and the pumping level at 85 feet when pumping 800 gpm.
