Legal Description: - --Tract 1: The Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest fractional Quarter and the east half of the Southwest fractional Quarter of Section 19, Township 64 North, Range 9 West in Clark County, Missouri containing 149+ acres.

--Tract 2: The portion of the following legal description lying north of Route A containing 67+ acres. The Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 64 North, Range 9 West in Clark County, Missouri excepting there from the following: Thirty (30) acres out of the Northwest corner thereof described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 20, thence south along the quarter section line 100 rods, thence east 48 rods, thence north on the line parallel with the West quarter section line 100 rods to the North quarter section line, then West along said North quarter section line 48 rods to the place of beginning. Also, excepting a five (5) acre tract out of the Northeast corner thereof described as commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, thence West 20 rods, thence South 40 rods, thence East 20 rods, thence North 40 rods to the place of beginning. Also excepting a five (5) acre tract in the Southeast corner of the said Southeast Quarter of said Section 20 described as commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, thence North 28 rods and 2 feet, thence East 28 rods and 7 ½ feet, thence south 28 rods and 2 feet, thence West to the place of beginning.

--Tract 3: The portion of the previous legal description lying south of Route A containing 50+ acres.
