Over 6,500. More than 1,600 clients have been with Farmers National Company for 25 years or longer. Over 500 clients have had their farms managed by Farmers National Company for over 50 years and six clients for over 80 years continuously - all on one-year contracts.

What are the qualifications of your farm managers?
Our managers must have been raised on a farm, have a bachelor's degree in agriculture or related fields, with practical agricultural experience. Followed by special intensive training by Farmers National Company. We encourage our farm managers to become accredited through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). Currently we have over 75 Accredited Farm Managers (AFM) on Staff.

Do I control expenditures?
Yes. We ask for limited authority to pay day-to-day operating bills. You must authorize any expenditure in excess of that amount. You are provided full budgets and anticipated expenses in advance.

How often do you visit my farm?
As often as necessary to assure maximum management results. (Visitation schedules vary depending on the crops grown, with our most frequent visitation schedule every five weeks during the growing season.)

Do operators resent your management?
Good operators like it and appreciate our help in making money for them and our clients. Often our clients have a friendship with their operator, and farm management allows them to maintain their friendship while still having a business relationship on the farm.

What should I look for when selecting a professional farm manager?
Look for the following when choosing a manager or company to manage your farm:
- Financial responsibility
- Proven integrity
- Years of successful experience in farm management

- One that is interested in your land and in your welfare

Do I have to sign a long-term contract with FNC?
No, all of our contracts are one year in length. We are proud of the fact that we have over 1,600 25-year clients, over 500 50-year clients, and six clients for over 80 years, all on one-year contracts. We have to prove our value to our clients each and every year!
