So, I went and looked at the detail and saw that production dates going back to 1996, almost fell out of my chair!!! How in the heck did that fall through the cracks but leave it to Farmer's to find it, like Crimson Exploration last year. Regina, I am assuming that you have finished your due diligence on our mineral rights. I see the property fee adjustment and refund for the 1st quarter. As we all know the transition from JPMorgan was a nightmare for all of us. Looking back, through all my anger and tears (Melody can attest to that, she spent quite a bit of time with me one afternoon and talked me off the ledge), I can say it was worth it. We transitioned to a highly reputable company with wonderful, extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable employees to interact with. I have learned quite a bit in this process. I just wanted to recognize what excellent service we are receiving. Melody, I admire you so much for being such an advocate for your customers. Please feel free to forward this to your superiors. I also want to say that if I can ever be a reference (either written or verbal), do not hesitate to ask. Out of a scale of 1-10, you ladies rate a 25+!!! With extreme regards and gratitude, Sherry" (received 6/23/2014) Year started with FNC: 2009 |
