Client Comment(s):
"This was our first home and Flo walked us through the purchase with baby steps, making sure everything was good for us. This made the purchase delightful!" -- Nick and Tracy

"If it had not been for Flo's knowledge, diligence and professionalism, we would never have gotten the deal done. Even the seller told us the deal got finished because of my agent, not his! We would certainly recommend Flo to anyone." Jean Campbell, attorney

"Flo knows her stuff! I believe my clients completed their transaction only because of her diligence and patience. Because of her persistence and patience I believe she saved my clients much grief and, perhaps, court costs by staying on top of the deal and making sure the buildier got it right. I would recommend Flo any day." Jim Pogue, Cobalt Mortgage

"Flo was always available and was truly interested in my property -- unlike the others I interviewed." Randy M.

"At Umpqua Bank we strive to exceed customer's expectations and provide a positive customer experience. We could not have done our job in a timely manner without the cooperation and professionalism of your real estate agent. Flo Sayre represented your interest at all times and was quick to provide any documentation or necessary information requested. Flo went above and beyond our expectations and we'd like to extend our appreciation for her professionalism." -- Gordon Drane

Success Story:
The greatest success story does not always end with money in the pocket. Because of my patience and my sphere of influence, I was able to help a family from losing their farm to the 'predatory' lender by finding a buyer who had the ability to buy out the first lender and work with the others. That gave time for the crops to mature and the buying market to stabilize to the point a buyer could be found. And the elderly client was able to retain his home! That was a "happy success story"!
