June 1992 to June 1996: Appraiser with Farm Credit Services, working in the Twin Falls and Burley, Idaho, areas Responsibilities included gathering and analyzing market data, compiling market studies, completing appraisals, and other duties consistent with the appraisal profession

Have completed real estate appraisals on properties throughout Idaho and parts of Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, and Nebraska. Work includes large irrigated and dry farm operations, commercial dairy facilities, potato storage properties, desert ranch operations, recreational properties, city commercial properties, highway condemnation work, and other specialized facilities
