Success Story:
Closed ten (10) real estate sales totaling $3.3 million in 2021 . I enjoyed working with both the buyers and sellers in bringing them together on price and terms.
On a specific tract of land (640 acre) in Cheyenne County, I assisted the seller in surveying off the homesite and walked them through the county's process in getting the survey approved. This helped in closing the deal by letting the clients know that we were there to make sure the paperwork was completed correctly and the boxes were all checked off.
