Work with our clients and Farm Managers to provide comprehensive farm management, assisting clients in identifying plans and solutions to reach their goals through analysis and effective communication.

-Direct the asset management functions of region including: leasing, site inspections, budgeting, grain marketing, risk management/crop insurance, reporting, financial analysis of enterprise farming operations, capital improvement projects, screening and selecting high quality farm operators, consultations & due diligence reports, creating plans to increase revenue, and improve environmental and soil conditions through proactive conservation approaches.

-Assist in sale of Agricultural Real Estate when needed. This responsibility would include maximizing sale potential of a property through an aggressive marketing campaign. We have considerable experience working with Farmer, Investor, and 1031 Exchange Buyers.

Success Story:
My territory tends to have above average quality farms with good weather patterns. Farm operators also tend to be professional and top notch. With that mind we've converted quite a few 50/50 share farms and some cash rent farms to custom leases. The custom return to the owner has generally been $100 to $200 per acre higher than the previous lease type.

I've had many farm auctions where we sell the farm for a price that is 20% to 30% higher than what the owner thought it would bring. They don't all work that way, but a high proportion do in my territory. The Farmers National sale system works!
