Client Comment(s):
"The recent Farm and Ranch Scene had the most encouraging news that has reached me in some time. First let me congratulate you on the Gold Eagle Award you received from FNC for outstanding real estate sales! I have been more than satisfied with your management during my ownership of the farm(s). The other good things you already know, the increase in land value and in better prices predicted for grain. After seven years this is welcome and appreciated information." - Marilyn

"Congratulations, Paul, on receiving the Farmers National Gold Eagle Award! We appreciate all you do for us!" - Roberta

"Thank you so much for the very detailed and extremely informative report on the farm. That took a lot of your time and I really appreciate seeing all of that information. I am not planning on visiting the area this year, since we sold the second store we owned, and we are doing some traveling this year. I feel that you are the experts on the future of Sioux Falls and development there, and that you will recommend selling parts of the farm whenever it is best for the city and for us. I have high confidence in what you are doing for us and I sincerely appreciate it." - Kathy

"Thanks for a job well done. Our family is very impressed with your team and the professional work you accomplish. Your auction for the family pleased us in every way and we will not forget you and Farmers National Company as a leader in the agriculture field." - George and Mary

"You were very friendly, patient, and helpful all throughout this process. I have been very pleased with the entire process and thank you and Farmers National for making this sale run smoothly and effectively. Thanks for a great transition." - Wayne

Success Story:
Recently, an absentee landowner entered into an agreement to have FNC manage his farmland. He had been renting the farm on shares for many years and felt that his share was below the market. Working with the current operator, we were able to enter into a cash rent lease that provided market rate rent up front and doubled the net income for this client.

At a recent farm auction, we had a very successful sale and the land sold exceptionally well. The attorney handling the estate and settlement commented that he was pleased with the process and the selling price.

The heirs were very pleased with the sale results and the buyers were happy that they were able to purchase the land the joined their current operation - a win/win situation!
