"Thanks to you [Sam Kain] and Ben for the great job you did with our land sale. I will recommend Farmers National to anyone wanting to sell their land. I really wish I would have had your services the 13 years Marilyn and I had the farmland!" -- M Johnson
"My mother and I would like to express our appreciation for the professional services you provided when selling her farm. When she asked me to sell the farm for her, I knew I needed some help since I had no experience in farm accounting or law. After several attempts to understand the situation by discussions with local relatives, I eventually discovered that Farmers National was my most trusted source of information. I appreciated the tutorials you and Bruce so willingly shared to allow me to make the correct decisions when choosing to rent the farm or sell it outright. Your diplomacy and professionalism were needed throughout the process and I very much appreciated the extra effort you put out to bring the auction to a successful conclusion." James S., Certified Public Accountant
"Thanks for not only taking care of the distribution request, but for your excellent management of our family farm."
"You have been doing a great job managing our farms and we value (as always) your opinions."
"I write to let you know how satisfied we are with the marketing and auction services provided by your company in the sale of our farm in Marshall County. Ben Watson worked very hard to insure the success of the sale. He met with me on multiple occasions and worked through the closing with our lawyer. Ben's a very professional and decent guy that I'd certainly recommend." -- B. Fenner Jr.
"Thank you Ben. My family and I appreciate you and all the work you've put in over the years - it doesn't go unnoticed. I deeply appreciate your work ethic and attention to detail in this matter. Thank you." - G. Williams (2019)
"I would like to express my appreciation of your service over the years. First, with my in-laws, then my wife's estate, and now with me. You and Farmers National are true professionals whose expertise and guidance I greatly respect. Thank you for all that you have done with farm management and that which was over and above our expectations." E. Straley (2019)
"Rebecca and I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for us the last few months. We are so appreciative of your wisdom and expertise that made this transaction to smooth and so successful. We also appreciate how you were always available to answer our questions and give us guidance." (Jeffrey T,, Attorney and Client (2021))
Upon contact by an area producer, a deal was struck with a management client to purchase the farm. The management client anticipates their first year with the new farm while the producer was able to purchase additional cropland.
Custom farm operation provides many clients with the opportunity to earn returns greater than those available from other, less aggressive lease types. With such an arrangement, the client maintains control over soil fertility, weed control, and other aspects of farmland stewardship.
