Tract 1 consists of 156.46 cultivated acres according to the FSA. A model 6000 7 tower Valley pivot irrigates 128.6 MRNRD certified acres. A 125 HP electric well (G-042917) registered at 1092 GPM provides irrigation water. There are 27.86 acres in dry land corners. All acres were planted to corn in 2018. Stock water is provided by a submersible well. Tract 1 is located five miles north and eight and one-half miles west of Hayes Center, Nebraska.
Tract 2 consists of 310.17 farmland acres with 246.23 cropland and 63.94 in native grass. Currently, 165.80 MRNRD certified acres are irrigated by a model 5865 9 tower Valley corner pivot from a 125 HP electric well (G-032114) registered at 2680 GPM. The irrigated acres are planted to soybeans and the remaining 80.43 dryland acres are in milo. There are 63.94 native grass acres east of the pivot. There are permanent fences on the east, north and south sides of the pasture. Stock water is provided by a pumpjack driven well. Two grain bins one 28D x 22H and one 14D x 8H are included. Tract 2 is located five miles north and twelve miles west of Hayes Center, Nebraska.
