Offered in three tracts!

Tract 1: This tract is a combination of cropland, CRP, and recreational land. 148 acres excellent bottom land, 27 acres CRP at $64.86/acre, 41.71 acres timber (exceptional hunting), and 60 acres of native grass. The CRP is in one field, currently in grass and it is not fenced. The cropland is a mix of Class II and III soils. It is situated in four odd shaped fields. The tract is not fenced. There is a set of pens near the church at the southeast corner. There is an exception in the southeast corner which is where the Wells Creek Church and cemetery is located. Access is by gravel roads on the south and east.

The properties are in northeastern Wabaunsee County, southeast of Wamego, Kansas and south of Belvue, Kansas, north of Paxico, Kansas, all within a two-mile radius.
