This property has been owned by the current seller’s family for multiple generations, so this may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to own a high-Class A farm in Champaign County. The estimated tract productivity index is 141.6. Approximately 73% of the farm is Drummer silty clay loam soils. The farm has an estimated 196.71 acres of tillable land and 6.9 acres of CRP. The sellers are retaining the west 43.335 surveyed acres of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter and the plat of survey has very recently been recorded.
