SIMULCAST PUBLIC AND ONLINE AUCTION!
The public auction will be held at the Russiaville Community Center, 650 North West, Russiaville, Indian 46979. Online bidding starts September 14, 2021, at 8:00 AM and closes September 28, 2021, at the conclusion of the public event.

The Robertson Family Farm is located at the intersection of CR 500 S (Howard County/800 N Clinton County) and 920 W (Howard County) with Tract 2 being split on the Clinton/Howard County Line.

Tract 1 consists of 79.17 total acres and 77.37 FSA Cropland acres. This tract was originally a deeded 80 but has since had the 0.83 acre homesite surveyed out of the SW corner. The farm has a gentle roll from the north end down towards the south end with excellent blacktop road frontage along the entire south and east boundaries.

Tract 2 consists of 70 total acres and 68.14 FSA Cropland acres in one field, with 30 total acres/28.42 FSA cropland acres on the west end in Clinton County and 40 total acres/39.72 FSA cropland acres on the east end in Howard County. This tract offers the highest PI soils which lay fairly flat and have a county tile that crosses diagonally in the SE corner of the farm and another county tile branch coming to the south property line towards the western portion of the field. The entire north and east boundaries have excellent county blacktop road frontage.

Tract 3 consists of 37 total acres and 35.48 FSA Cropland acres. This tact was originally a deeded 40 but has since had the three acre homesite surveyed out of the Northwest corner. The farm lays fairly flat with a county tile crossing the field from the SW corner diagonally through the grass waterway towards the center of the east boundary. (Grass waterway is NOT enrolled in a CRP contract). The entire north and west boundaries have excellent county blacktop road frontage.

The intersection of Howard County Roads: 500 South and 920 West. From the north turn south off of SR 26 onto Howard County Road 920 West and proceed south for a half mile where Tract 1 is located on the West side of the road. Proceed south from that point a half-mile to the intersection of 920 West and 500 South in Howard County with Tract 2 being on the southwest corner of the intersection and Tract 3 (less the home site) at the southeast corner of the intersection. From the east, turn west from Russiaville Blacktop (750 West Howard County/1250 E. Clinton County) onto Howard County Road 500 South and proceed West approximately 1.7 miles to the beginning of Tract 3 on the south side of the road.
