The public auction will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021, 10:00 AM at the Adair County Fair 4-H and FFA Building, 900 Northeast Elm Street, Greenfield, Iowa. Online bidding starts Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 8:00 AM, concluding at the end of the live event.

Tract 1: 146.4 acres of rotational cropland with an average CSR2 of 61.2. Good location just north of Fontanelle on paved County N72.
