The only building on this site is a small control room that has the operator controls for the facility and the electrical control boxes. Utilities installed to the property include three-phase electrical service, telephone service, and natural gas. There is no well or septic system on the site. There is a center pivot irrigation system on the property; however, the owners have indicated that the well that provides water to this center pivot is not located on the property. The grain storage bins on the site were constructed between 2003 and 2007. The grain dryers consist of a 2003 Farmfans unit, with a 2,400 bushel per hour drying capacity as well as a 2011 Zimmerman unit, with a 5,000 bushel per hour drying capacity. There are two dump pits on this site. The two primary receiving legs that feed from the pit next to the office are 160 feet high and have capacities of 15,000 bushels per hour and 20,000 bushels per hour. Both legs can distribute grain anywhere throughout this system. The second dump pit feeds into a wet leg that has a capacity of 10,000 bushels per hour. A fourth leg is located between bins five and six on the rear of the site that is utilized for reclaim purposes from those bins. Grain is reclaimed through the system using drag conveyors as well as augers. These bins also have drag conveyors that extend back to the primary intake leg for reclaim purposes. All of the bins on the site are relatively modern units that have sidewall vertical supports as well as three to four support rings around the tops of the bins for added upper wall support.
