Tract 1 consists of 120± gross acres, 116.26 taxable acres, and 102.36 acres of DCP cropland with 22.38 acres of CRP. Tract 1 has 22.38± acres under CRP contract until September 20, 2030 with an annual payment of $4,181. It is located on the west side of Iowa Highway 146 at 320th Avenue, north of Grinnell five miles.
