Thadd Fosdick Honored as 2024 Farm Manager of the Year
We are thrilled to announce that Thadd Fosdick has been named the 2024 FNC Farm Manager of the Year!
Thadd, an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) based in Illinois, has been a dedicated member of the FNC team since 2012. Starting as a farm manager trainee, he has grown into a Senior Level Farm Manager and an exceptional real estate agent over the past 12 years.
Thadd is renowned not only for his outstanding service to clients but also for his exceptional support, guidance, and leadership to his peers. Thadd is a current participant in the FNC Employee Leadership Program and has seen his territory fee increase by over 75% in the last five years!
This prestigious award is given annually to one of our more than 80 professional farm managers in recognition of excellence in farm management duties. Award recipients are selected by a panel of external agribusiness professionals based on their day-to-day management of farms and client service.
