• Promote farm and ranch management services
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to real estate associates during property sales transactions and auctions
• Oversee the coordination of marketing materials and advertising
• Develop client and business relationships
• Coordinate sales efforts in regard to hosting workshops, meet and greets, and other promotional events
• Collaborate with company farm and ranch managers, real estate associates, area managers, and other Farmers National Company staff to attain the company’s growth goals
