About Grant

Responsibilities at FNC:

I communicate with clients, farm managers, and various departments to assist in providing solutions to maintain the current high level of service our clients deserve.

I lead the execution of the Farm and Ranch Management and Insurance business lines strategies and annual business plans, by aligning with our teams, internal departments, and outside factors like industry trends. Additionally, I organize employee training programs and work with our Customer Service team to ensure a positive client experience.

I also assist clients in identifying and reaching goals through real estate purchases and sales, insurance needs analysis, lease analysis, farm program review, and other areas as needed.
