"I don’t just sell farmland -- I farm it.”

I help landowners buy and sell farmland with the perspective of someone who farms every day. I have farmed corn and soybeans in Lyon County since 2010, and I bring that experience to every land transaction.

I work with landowners, families, and estates to set goals and carry them out, including farmland sales and purchases, 1031 exchange planning, CRP and recreational land, and FSA program review.

I work alongside FNC’s farm managers to increase farm productivity and income while keeping good land stewardship practices in place.

• A teacher’s approach. With a master’s in Education Leadership and 13+ 
  years in the classroom, I explain each step of a sale or exchange clearly, so 
  clients understand their options before they decide.
