I am a Certified General Appraiser licensed in Nebraska and Kansas, with a specialization in farmland, ranches, and rural acreages. I obtained my certification by working closely under one of FNC's lead appraisers, where we covered a broad territory spanning five states and numerous rural regions. This extensive experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of diverse agricultural markets and land types.

In addition to appraising, I am also a licensed real estate agent in both Nebraska and Kansas. I began my career in rural real estate, and I continue to actively work in this capacity today. Prior to becoming a certified appraiser, I managed the administrative operations of live and simulcast land auctions, supporting over 200 auctions across five states. Working closely with farm managers and real estate agents throughout the process to ensure smooth execution of the sales. This experience not only deepened my understanding of regional land values but also enhanced my competency as an appraiser by exposing me to a wide variety of markets and property types. My strong work ethic and core values were forged through years of working alongside top-level horse trainers in the competitive equine industry and growing up on a family farm that I continue to manage today.
