Kyle was raised in Western Iowa and was around agriculture from an early age. Prior to becoming a licensed land agent, he spent six years marketing Iowa farmland properties state & nationwide. This experience help develop expertise in positioning, exposure strategy, and buyer targeting.

Recent Market Commentary – Western Iowa Land Sales 

The West Central Iowa land market in 2025-2026 has stabilized compared to the rapid appreciation of 2021–2023. 

High-quality farms continue to perform well, but buyers are more selective and price-sensitive. Lower productivity or irregular tracts are seeing softer demand, and some auctions have no saled when reserves exceed market expectations. 

As we move into 2026, pricing strategy, sales method, and understanding recent comparable sales will matter more than ever.
