He holds the prestigious designation of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), showcasing his commitment to excellence and professionalism in farm management. Matt has held various leadership positions with ASFMRA on both the State and National levels and is currently the Immediate Past President of the Kansas Chapter and serving on the National Membership Committee.

In terms of education, Matt graduated Cum Laude from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness, laying a solid foundation for his successful career in farm real estate management.
