About Miranda
I work with landowners to help protect, manage, and grow the value of their farm investments. My goal is to provide clear communication, practical recommendations, and dependable management so clients feel confident that their land is being well cared for.
I was raised in agriculture and continue to be actively involved in my own farming operation in central Illinois. I own and manage a 90-acre corn and soybean farm, where I handle budgeting, grain marketing, and input decisions. In addition, I assist in a larger family operation, helping manage a 5,000-acre corn and soybean farm. I operate heavy equipment and take part in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial tracking.
This background gives me a practical, real-world understanding of both the operational and financial sides of farming. I understand that decisions made today impact not only annual returns, but also long-term value and the future of the farm for the next generation.
Before joining Farmers National Company, I worked in the grain industry and as a Grain Business Manager with Morrisonville Farmers Cooperative, working directly with producers on grain marketing, merchandising, and operations.
Earlier in my career, I was also involved in managing hog operations from 2016 to 2018, gaining experience in livestock management, daily operations, and the financial side of diversified farm operations.
Today, I serve landowners across central and southern Illinois, offering local knowledge of soils, markets, and farming practices. I focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
Approach to Working with Clients
Every farm and ownership situation is different. I take time to understand each client’s goals, whether that is maximizing income, preserving the land for the next generation, or preparing for a sale.
I focus on clear communication, practical recommendations, attention to detail, and protecting long-term value.
