Client Comments:
As you may know, our non-profit organization made the unprecedented decision to sell the farm in Davenport. It all happened quickly and there were, like most transactions, bumps in the road. Grant and Sean were INCREDIBLE in keeping the bumps to a minimum.
Sean, however, was the stand-out in this deal for our non-profit organization! He was able to communicate with the Greater Davenport Redevelopment Corporation, the farmer, AND a residential tenant to get everyone on the same page and orchestrate a winning situation for ALL parties. He went WAY above and beyond to the very end. His efforts kept the deal on track and allowed us to fulfill our promises to the Buyer. I’m very grateful for all he did and saying “thank you” just isn’t enough. Tina O. Non-Profit Organization, Tampa, FL
The family started with Farmers National in 1978 managing one farm and when that proved successful FNC managed a second farm. A family doesn’t continue with a company for 42 years without confidence in its management. A yearly farm visit from the family visiting each farm with the FNC manager over these years has increased corn and soybean yields, and improved waterways, soil health, and drainage tiling. Monthly reports, end-of-year owner inventory, sales reports, and analysis summaries are sent to each family member which allows the clients to easily evaluate next year’s objectives for income and management of issues that arise.
