Responsibilities at FNC:

Wendi assists clients in identifying and reaching goals through real estate purchases and sales, whether it be Residential, Commercial, or Agricultural.

Wendi specializes in land sales. Over the last several years, Wendi has had many farmland sales, where she has helped her clients get the results they are looking for and even exceed their expectations.

Wendi also specializes in residential sales, where she has represented many Sellers and Buyers, with the purchase or sale of their home(s). Resulting in satisfied Sellers and Buyers.
