Philip Leabo Joins Farmers National Company as Area Sales Manager in Southern Region
Farmers National Company is proud to announce the appointment of Philip Leabo as Area Sales Manager for the Southern Region, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering landowner services across the United States.
Based in Thomasville, Georgia, Leabo leads Farmers National Company’s land management and real estate sales efforts across a diverse region stretching from the Delta states to the Atlantic, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and North Carolina.
In his role, Leabo is responsible for driving regional growth across both the company’s farm management and real estate operations. He works closely with farm managers and associates to deliver results and ensure client success. His leadership spans recruiting and mentoring real estate professionals, executing land sales and auctions, and building strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s reach.

Leabo is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in six states and a Licensed Auctioneer in Georgia and Florida. With over two decades of experience, he brings a deep understanding of agricultural and recreational land markets, capital alignment, and strategic asset management.
