Responsibilities at FNC:

As both a Real Estate Broker and Farm Manager, Lance Pachta partners with landowners and agricultural clients to help them identify and achieve their goals. This is accomplished through a strategic approach that includes insurance needs analysis, lease analysis, farm program review, and real estate transactions—both purchases and sales.

By leveraging the Farmers National Company System of Farm Management, we help uncover your farm’s potential through tailored strategies that align with ownership goals, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lease analysis to ensure fair, profitable, and legally sound agreements.
Develop an annual operating plan and budget, including any capital improvement recommendations.
Analyze applicable Government Farm Program considerations, provide recommendations and handle all necessary paperwork.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, tenants, and industry partners.
Provide ongoing consultation and reporting to keep clients informed and confident in their decisions.
Conduct regular farm inspection visits and provide reports to the landowner.
Assist our clients with purchasing and/or selling agricultural land.
